The organic foods products are limited
All orders placed with Simplytronix are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any conflicting terms submitted by the Buyer are expressly rejected. By accepting a Sales Order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.
Buyers are responsible for order accuracy and relevant information. Products may lack traceability unless specified. Orders imply acceptance of Simplytronix’s conditions, not Buyer’s additional terms.
Simplytronix aims for accuracy but does not guarantee product info or prices. All prices are subject to change. Buyer is responsible for taxes, shipping, and other fees.
Buyer assumes responsibility for product use. Products are not authorized for critical safety applications. Buyer indemnifies Simplytronix for improper usage or IP infringement.
Any advice is given as a courtesy and is not binding. Only written, signed statements are considered valid.
Payment is due as invoiced. Late payments may incur fees. Simplytronix may suspend or cancel orders upon payment default. Credit expires after 12 months.
Delivery dates are estimates. Partial deliveries are allowed. Delay in one part does not cancel others.
Buyer must inspect products upon arrival. Lack of written complaint within 5 days implies acceptance.
Returns require written authorization and RMA. Counterfeit claims must be documented with manufacturer evidence. Refunds only apply if return conditions are met.
Simplytronix passes manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty claims are valid for up to 12 months from delivery. No warranty for misuse or non-compliance.
Electronic transactions are legally binding. Electronic signatures are enforceable.
Buyer is responsible for complying with export/import laws. Any required licenses and fees are Buyer’s responsibility.
Credit card payments incur a 3.5% processing fee.
All orders are NCNR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable) unless defective. No verbal information shall alter this policy.
This document supersedes all prior agreements. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Disputes are governed by Texas law. Jurisdiction lies in courts where Simplytronix has a business location.
Disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration. You may opt-out by email within 30 days of purchase.
If any provision is invalid, remaining terms stay in effect.
